ABOUT ERIKA – LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Erika started gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and ballet at the age of seven. Nominated as a certified athlete in Japan and performed as a representative at competitions.
With recommendations from a prestigious university which produces many Olympic players, entered Tokyo Women’s Junior College of Physical Education. After graduation, trained more than 1,000 rhythmic gymnastics players as a coach.
After becoming a mother and the experience of gaining weight after giving birth, she obtained a Sports Trainer’s qualification in order to gain knowledge of keeping fit in a healthy and sustainable way. She began her career as a personal trainer in Japan and expanded her experience to Canada and Singapore.
With more than 15 years of experience in rhythmic gymnastics, she incorporated these movements into her unique training style.
