About us / Team

Erika started gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and ballet at the age of seven.
Nominated as a certified athlete in the Gifu prefecture in Japan from 1996 to 2002, and performed as a representative at competitions throughout
Japan in 2004. With recommendations from a prestigious university which produces many Olympic players, entered Tokyo Women’s Junior College of
Physical Education. After graduation, trained more than 1,000 rhythmic gymnastics players as a coach.

After becoming a mother and the experience of gaining 30kg and suffering an array of health problems after giving birth, obtained a
Sports Trainer’s qualification in order to have knowledge of keeping fit in a healthy and comfortable way. Started a career as a personal trainer in Japan and expanded her experience to Canada and Singapore. Contrived methods not only to lose weight but also to create
healthy and sustainable results. With more than 15 years of experience in rhythmic gymnastics, incorporated movements in the programs she
created using fine muscle strength and specific exercise movements. As a result of her unique and fun training style, Erika has
maintained and ongoing relationship with her clients with 95% renewal rates.

  • 1996-2006 – Became Certified with the Gifu gymnastics Association
  • 2002-2004 – Tokyo Woman College Physical Education
  • 2004-2012 – Gymnastic teacher in Tokyo and Singapore
  • 2013-2014 – Fitness Trainer in Nagoya Japan
  • 2014 Qualified as a Sports conditioning trainer by the Athletic Conditioning Coaches Association
  • 2016 Qualified as an international Pilates instructor by Pilates Academy International
  • 2016 Certificate of completion of basic lymph drainage by Body Balance Academy
  • 2016 Certificate of completion of the program requirements for Pilates for back


The goal with every class is to maximize results in the shortest amount of time. In order to do this,
we use a combination of different training styles

Our approach is to understand your workout objectives. From there we customize a workout program for you that is fun and exciting because it combines different elements from various training styles to keep it new and exciting.By combining these styles, you are able to optimize your results by gaining the benefits of different training styles, into a single session.

Sit down and let Erika find out your physical, nutritional and weight goals. From there she will personalize, tailor and design a training program specifically to meet your needs.

Workout sessions

In each session, Erika will combine a unique blend of CORE, WEIGHT TRAINING and AEROBICS all in a single session to maximize results in the least amount of time.

Wrap Up

Erika will sit down and go through your initial goals and measure your final results after completing the training program to determine where you have succeeded and if there are any areas left that you may still need to focus on.
